Lone Mountain Aircraft “Photo Mission” Giveaway
Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility. The Lone Mountain Aircraft “Photo Mission” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the start of the Giveaway. Employees, officers, and directors of Lone Mountain Aircraft and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Timing. The Giveaway begins on July 21, 2025 at 9:00 AM CDT and ends on July 23, 2025 at 1:00 PM CDT (the “Entry Period”). Cameras must be returned by 1:00 PM CDT on July 23 to be eligible.
How to Enter. To enter, visit the Lone Mountain Aircraft booth at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh on July 21, 2025 and check out a disposable camera from LMA staff. Provide your name, email address, and phone number. Participants will be given a creative shot list to inspire their photography, but all images are eligible for consideration. Cameras must be returned to the LMA booth by 1:00 PM CDT on July 23, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per person. Cameras are property of Lone Mountain Aircraft and must be returned for entry eligibility.
Winner Selection. LMA staff will develop the film and review the photos. The winner will be selected based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the spirit of the event, as determined solely by the LMA marketing team. One (1) winner will be chosen and announced after entries are reviewed.
Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) RTIC Cooler (approximate retail value $125). Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions are permitted, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Winner will also receive their printed photographs. Prize will be awarded in person if the winner is available; otherwise, it will be shipped.
Publicity Release. By entering, participants grant Lone Mountain Aircraft the right to use any submitted photos, and the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes, including social media reels and Instagram posts, without additional compensation, provided participant agrees.
General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. All decisions of Sponsor are final.
Release of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lone Mountain Aircraft, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
Instagram Disclaimer. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
Sponsor. The sponsor of the Giveaway is Lone Mountain Aircraft at Booth #220 At EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, 3000 Poberenzy Rd, Oshkosh, WI 54902. This promotion is solely conducted by Lone Mountain Aircraft and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by EAA, RTIC or affiliates.
