Maintenance Team Expansion & Leadership Update

As our maintenance operation continues to grow, we’ve taken a deliberate step toward building a more structured, scalable team—one that improves efficiency, accountability, and the overall customer experience. Today, we’re proud to share that we’ve built out a dedicated leadership structure and expanded team support, allowing projects to move more efficiently while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

To support this growth, we’ve made two key leadership updates:

In his role as Maintenance Supervisor, Adrian directs the daily efforts of our maintenance team, ensuring projects are completedwith quality and efficiency. He works closely with customers to provide a seamless maintenance experience, implements best practices to improve workflow, and coordinates with Cirrus and other manufacturers on warranty and troubleshooting procedures. Adrian’s leadership helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while allowing the team to stay focused on precision and performance.

As Vice President of Aircraft Maintenance, Ryan oversees the strategic direction of our maintenance operations. His responsibilities include developing new maintenance initiatives, evaluating growth opportunities, leading aircraft maintenance sales efforts, tracking industry trends, and ensuring the highest levels of maintenance performance across the organization. Ryan’s role allows us to think long-term while continuing to raise the bar on service and capability.
