Ryan Yenger, Vice President of Aircraft Maintenance at Lone Mountain Aircraft, brings nearly 30 years of aviation experience across military service, commercial operations, government contracting, and corporate leadership.

He began his career in the United States Marine Corps as a helicopter flight technician before earning his Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license. Ryan spent 15 years with Airborne Express as an A&P Technician, mastering airframe and powerplant maintenance. He later served as a Senior Field Engineer with L-3 Communications (now L3 Technologies), supporting mission-critical aircraft in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kuwait. He also holds Inspection Authorization (IA) certification, underscoring his commitment to regulatory compliance and safety.

Joining Lone Mountain Aircraft in 2013 as Director of Maintenance, Ryan led operational oversight, quality assurance, and return-to-service flight operations. He also developed and continues to expand an engine exchange program that expedites Cirrus Aircraft engine replacements, reducing downtime and enhancing customer satisfaction.

In 2025, Ryan was promoted to Vice President, where he now drives strategic growth, expands technical capabilities, and implements new product lines. He is currently focused on building a diverse business model to complement Lone Mountain’s Platinum Cirrus Service Center, positioning the company for long-term success and broader customer service offerings.

Outside of aviation, Ryan resides in Jeffersonville, Ohio, with his three children—Cole, Hensley, and Clay. He serves his community as a Township Trustee and enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing.

Adrian Bayer began his aviation career in 2012 after earning his Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification and an associate degree. He started by performing heavy phase inspections and repairs on Lear Jets. In 2018, Adrian joined Lone Mountain Aircraft, where he obtained his Inspection Authorization (IA) certification. He progressed from Technician, Lead Technician to Project Supervisor and now serves as Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing the operations within Lone Mountain Aircraft Maintenance.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves camping, fishing, mountain biking, and snowboarding. Adrian is also actively involved in his church community, where he serves his local congregation.

Courtney discovered her passion for mechanical work at the age of 15, which led her to explore a variety of career paths within the mechanical trades. With both grandfathers having longstanding ties to aviation, she found a meaningful connection between her technical interests and family heritage—ultimately inspiring her to pursue a career in aircraft maintenance.

She joined Lone Mountain Aircraft Maintenance in January 2019 and currently serves as our Maintenance Coordinator. In this role, Courtney works closely with the maintenance team to manage scheduling, billing, and warranty support, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional service for our clients.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys baking and spending time with her two dogs, Archie and Callie.

Jordan began his aviation career in the Air Force in 2012, serving as a Maintenance Scheduler for the F-22 fighter jets. In this role, he coordinated flights, scheduled maintenance, ordered parts, and acted as a liaison between the military and Lockheed Martin for contracting work.

After eight years of dedicated service, Jordan transitioned to pursue his passion for aviation. In 2024, he joined Lone Mountain Aircraft as the Supply Chain Coordinator. He enjoys spending time with his wife, working out, football, and playing with his two dogs. 

Caleb Mattox joined the Lone Mountain team in 2021 following his service in the United States Marine Corps as an M1A1 Tank Crewman. He is a licensed Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician, Certified Inspection Authorization (IA) holder, and experienced Composite Technician. In his role, Caleb is responsible for inspections, supervisory maintenance, preventative maintenance, structural composite repairs, and modifications to aircraft and aircraft systems.

Drawing on his military experience in both combat and training environments, Caleb brings a disciplined work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of operational systems. His commitment to excellence plays a key role in delivering the safe, high-quality service our customers rely on.

Outside of work, Caleb enjoys working on cars, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Samuel Gieseke holds an Airframe and Powerplant Certification and an Associate Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technologies, both earned in 2014 from Columbus State Community College.

He launched his aviation career at Airborne Engineering and Maintenance Services, where he spent nearly a decade performing heavy maintenance on Boeing 777, 767, 757, and 737 aircraft across both cargo and passenger configurations. His hands-on experience with complex systems and rigorous standards laid the foundation for his technical excellence.

Today, Samuel serves as a Cirrus Aircraft Technician, Composite Technician, and Inspection Authorization (IA) at Lone Mountain Aircraft. His precision, depth of knowledge, and unwavering commitment to quality make him an indispensable member of our team and a trusted partner to Cirrus owners nationwide.

Outside of his professional role, Samuel enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hiking, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Isaac launched his aviation career at just 16 years old by enrolling in the Aviation Maintenance program at Laurel Oaks Career Campus. Prior to obtaining his FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification, he gained valuable hands-on experience performing fuel tank maintenance on Boeing 757 and 767 aircraft—laying a strong technical foundation early in his journey.

He joined the Lone Mountain team in April 2023 and earned his A&P certification in May 2024. Isaac is committed to continuous growth within the organization, embracing new responsibilities and striving to build a long-term career in the aviation industry.

Outside of work, Isaac enjoys spending quality time with his wife, engaging in motorsports, working on cars, and pursuing new skills that support both personal and professional development.

Lany Kavulich began his aviation career in the US Air Force as an Aircraft Maintainer on CK-135. While in the military he earned his bachelor’s degree in Aviation Engineering from Ohio State Uni., a degree in Aircraft Maintenance from the Military, and his Private Pilot’s license. After the military, he continued his training and education by earning his Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P).   

After a few years of working on 757 and 767 cargo and passenger jets as a heavy maintenance technician. Lany joined Lone Mountain Aircraft bringing his years of experience and technical training in work ethics, attention to detail, and high quality of service.

Joel joined our maintenance team as a technician in August of 2025. Prior to that, he served in the United States Marine Corps since 2020. While in the Marine Corps, Joel served as an AH-1Z/UH-1Y airframe mechanic. As an airframe mechanic he would perform composite and metal repairs, inspect hydraulic systems, and troubleshoot flight controls. 

He is actively working on obtaining his A&P license. Joel enjoys learning about aircraft systems, performing composite repairs, and spending time with his family.
