Lone Mountain Aircraft Photo Mission Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Photo Mission Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Lone Mountain Aircraft (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, as well as individuals living in the same household as such persons, are not eligible to participate.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on July 20, 2026, and ends at 1:00 PM CDT on July 23, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may receive one (1) disposable camera from the Lone Mountain Aircraft booth (#220) at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2026, while supplies last.
To enter:
- Use the provided disposable camera to capture your EAA AirVenture Oshkosh experience.
- Return the disposable camera to the Lone Mountain Aircraft booth (#220) no later than 1:00 PM CDT on July 23, 2026.
- Provide your name and contact information when returning the camera, if requested.
Only cameras returned by the stated deadline will qualify as an entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
Disposable cameras become the property of Lone Mountain Aircraft upon return and will not be returned to participants.
No purchase or payment of any kind is required to participate or win.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) Lone Mountain Aircraft branded RTIC® Cooler
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Approximately $100.00 USD.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor after the Sweepstakes closes.
The selected winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of camera return. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Ownership and Use of Submitted Photographs
By participating in the Sweepstakes and returning a disposable camera, each participant acknowledges and agrees that the disposable camera and all photographs captured on it become the property of Lone Mountain Aircraft upon return.
Participants grant Lone Mountain Aircraft and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and otherwise use any submitted photographs, in whole or in part, for advertising, marketing, promotional, editorial, website, print, social media, and other business purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation, approval, or notice.
Participants understand that submitted photographs may be publicly displayed or published by Sponsor and may appear individually or as part of future marketing campaigns.
Participants represent and warrant that:
- The photographs submitted are their original work.
- They have the legal right to grant the permissions described in these Official Rules.
- To the best of their knowledge, any recognizable individuals appearing in the photographs have granted permission for their likeness to be captured and used as described herein.
Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to use any submitted photographs.
8. Participant Conduct
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates these Official Rules;
- Tampers with the entry process or Sweepstakes administration;
- Acts in a disruptive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner; or
- Submits content that Sponsor determines to be unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, weather, force majeure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and resolve any disputes concerning the Sweepstakes.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Lone Mountain Aircraft, its parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and event partners from any and all claims, liability, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected cameras or entries.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes, contacting the winner, and as otherwise permitted by these Official Rules.
Photographs submitted through this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor as described in Section 7.
12. No Affiliation
This Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Lone Mountain Aircraft.
RTIC® is a registered trademark of its respective owner. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with RTIC.
EAA AirVenture Oshkosh and the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes.
13. Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
